Good day. I have a strange error

Good day.

I have a strange error appearing on a 9608 handset

When a call is presented to top line of the screen displays the following
(!)Conn:0821234567

When there is this (!) before the Conn: then the transfer feature is not available.

The site is fully SIP with no Analogue or ISDN lines.

Any Ideas?
