My minuscule business requires a simple online collaborative space for no more than three individuals. We are a recruiting and hospitality consulting group. What we need is
a) Database options for two to three databases.
b) Spread sheet (may not be necessary
c) A wiki or BBS page where we can add comments on leads, good candidates, etc.
d) A calendar.
e) A messaging system desired.

We may be missing something. We are near enough that telephone contact is better than texting, messaging, etc.

We are looking at php Collab, Google, Central Desktop ( (I think) and PHPProjekt (Our current server offers PHPCollab free. It would be good to take a test drive on PHP Projekt, but I haven't quite got that figured out yet.

Central desktop offers only 500 MG for $50/mo (free for less, but I think even the 500 Mg might prove low with the documents we may need to share. .It really fills our needs, however. Like details like email notifications to all listed meeting participants)

We can move our domain to a server with PHPProjekt, if we decide to go with that one.

Han anyone had experience with these or similar products?
