Good Call Manager for a personal/business lab?

I am starting a personal lab (1 CM for now) to practice installation, operation and maintaining network equipment and wanted to know what Cisco Call Manager (CM) to purchase that would allow me to simulate the same options and capabilities that a large company CM would have (understanding that they would likely have numerous CMs). I was trying to stay away from Call Manager Express for now. Ideas and thoughts?

I use CCM 4.3 as it runs on win2k3 and is very easy to install using vmware. I got mine from ebay, it included all the disks and a licence for win2k3.
