I am taking a College Level class and the book this man is using is "Problem Solving in C Including Breadth and Laboratories" by Angie B. Shiftlet". Is this a populat book or author? Is it just me or is this book hard to read and unsuitable for teaching and better for just reference. I am gonna go buy another book. I need some ideas

You can refer the Waite Group's Object-Oriented Programming in C++, by Robert Lafore, ISBN:157169160X, Publisher: Sams

Also there are other good books which have already been listed in the earlier thread posted. PL. browse thru the same.
