Good book/workshop book ?

I want to create my site in flash, or at least a kick ash intro. But everytime I see this web site I get discouraged.

How in the world they created that page? Any good books/workshop book?

There's no way those guys who created that site was just "playing around" and luckily turned out that way. BS man.

nothing to it really..just a whole lot of animated movie clips playing on the main timeline..didn't really see any actionscripting at all in the site..pretty cheesy actually..

the site i mean..the intro was kinda cool..but the site itself, just flash and frames, but not much flash..i'm on cable as well and downloads were not that good..so all in all don't be discouraged by that site..you could catch up to that level in no time..
