Good Backup solution

Hello All

Machines setup:
1 Redhat linux machine where DLT tape drive is present and 5 NT machines. I have installed samba in my linux box and mounted NT machines files and folders. I need to backup my NT machines data to the DLT drive.

Present setup:
I use a program called perfectbackup from merlinsoftech and the company had stopped its support and development long ago.

I need a simple method/software to back my data.
Any software with GUI based is available ?
Suggestions please..
