Good afternoon..

I have a number of challenges a rising after configuring SV9100.

1. Incoming calls to extension ring normally and when answered the calling party still hear ring back tone from his phone.

2. Outgoing calls not possible. After Trunk Acces Code, the system allows you to dial all the digits but finally, i get a busy tone.

Any help from the group will be appreciated.

Test all trunks ahead of the system. Sounds like a telco issue.
