Good afternoon

Have a 9100 running 1.xx we are trying to upgrade and it will start the upgrade process but then just boots up and is not upgraded. This is the same USB drive we have used on several other upgrades and the files are on the root drive. Any thoughts and as always thanks for the help

Try PCPro for the upgrade. Place the remote upgrade file on your PC, Log in and try the upgrade. It may not like that USB.
