GoldSync Synchronization Service on Win 2000 Svr

Hi All

I'm new to the GoldMine software system and since installation the synchronization service will not start correctly but hangs at the "Starting" pahse. I also get a GoldMine error (see below)

"Overlapped I/O operation in progress"

Does anyone have an idea how to resolve this ?

did you install Goldmine locally? I had this problem when I installed Goldmine on to my server from a client. When I reinstalled from the server (i.e. putting the CD in the servers CD drive) it fixed it.
