Goldmine S & M/ Heat Integration

Hi All,
Don't know if anyone has tried this yet, I have tried to integrate GM and HEAT together. It seems to have worked except fro the Tickets tab that is supposed to be in GMSM. My question therefore would be is there any additional configuration that need to done in GM to show the Tickets Tab.

Leighton,

Once you have the ticket tabs in place you effectively have all of the default items from FrontRange in place ie you can see Pending/History from HEAT to the GM data etc.

There are some extensions that can be achieved which is really down to you - you need to tell me what your looking to achieve with the integration for this.

Thanks Richard,
I fixed the problem by uninstalling heat and then reinsatlling. There seems to be some issues in Heat when it comes to registry entries
