Hello folks. My company is using Gold Mine 5.5 via terminal services running on Windows 2000. We choose this setup because the users are at another site and there is only a single t-1 between them and corporate. Gold mine is located on our File Server and users that access GoldMine without the terminal server simply click a short cut on their desktop. The Termainal Server users do the same. This is the error..

BDE Error Cat:Code: [36:1]
BDE: 500 [21/6/1999] GoldMine: 5.50.10111
Now mind you, this error ONLY occurs for Terminal Server users.. and it only does it after a couple of days. When I reboot the server, things return to normal.. so I do not believe it's a permissions issues. Can anyone give some insight? Are there any known issues when using Goldmine 5.5 and Windows 2000 Terminal Services (In application mode).
Thx.
