Goldmine "Mod" or "Skin"

I am looking to customize the "look" of Goldmine BCM. Can anyone give me some direction in either how to do it, or who out there does that type of thing?

Believe it or not, GM gets a lot of executive pushback in my company because its..."ugly

GoldMine 8.0, due out in mid-2007 will have a revamped UI, hopefully making it much more attractive.

Dont know about more attractive from what I've seen. More like the ITSM product yes.... which reminds me of Access :s
