Goldmine Outlook locking up

When trying to "get an item" from the goldmine outlook, it locks up and all you can do is end task from task manager. Does anyone know why it's doing that and how this can be fixed?

You may try "Detect and Repair" under Help in WORD or OUTLOOK. I got it working once or twice that way but these days I am also stuck

If you are using Nortons Anti Virus, the "Script Blocking" is causing the problem. Turn it off...
