Searched around and didn't find anything on this. I have a client with Avaya One-x mobile R8.1. Works great. The company also utilizes Goldmine Mobile as an app on their IPhone's and Driods. They were wondering if it was possible to click to call on the Goldmine app and have it go out on the One-x versus now it just calls out on the cell phone. Right now, they copy the number from Goldmine, open up One-x, paste it in there and call out. Anyone out there know if this is possible or not?

Sure, use the dialplan in the One-X app.
If it is configured well then all calls will be done through the One-X Mobile app.
When it is set to enterprise then it won't

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

But if your goldmine app is open on your IPhone and you press call, how does it then open one-x and make the call from there? The dialplan section of one-x mobile is pretty basic for the rules of adding/deleting digits.
