Goldmine: Hyperlinks striped out of emails

I receive regular emails from one company - any URLs included in their emails do not appear as hyperlinks but just text when I view via Goldmine.

I receive the same emails into Outlook at a different location and they come through with hyperlinks.

How can I get Goldmine to display the URLs as hyperlinks?
