Goldmine Generates BDE Error Cat:Code [37:1]

Hello,
One user on our system is having problems with his Goldmine 5.5 when running the link between it and BSWGold. (opening a sales order or quote).

This is the error he recieves:

Insufficient Memory for this operation
Context: open
Location of Contact1 and

BDE:error Cat:Code: [37:1]
BDE: 500 [9/6/1988] Goldmine: 5.50 1.4024

He is running windows 2000 and has 256k memory. Can anyone give me some solutions on how to resolve?

I'll assume you meant 256MB, not k.

This message may be a result of an actual memory situation on the machine or it may be a problem with the BDE configuration. From the control panel, go to the BDE Administrator and then to the Configuration tab, System|Init and check the SHAREDMEMLOCATION setting. Try 6BDE, 4000, 5BDE, etc. Note that you'll want to restart any/all instances of GoldMine or other BDE-using apps between setting tries... Have you contacted the program vendor(BSWGold)?
