Hi,
I've been using Goldmine to do our email blasts for five years now, and for the most part I think I have it down to a science.
I create an email template, then merge the template with our list, and then send the queued emails.
However, in the last year or so--and I have no idea what triggered it-- when I try to mail out our merged emails, I will get a "Resetting Server" message (in the lower right hand corner) and the mailing will stop. I then have to hit cancel on the error window, and start over. It seems like it is happening probably every 2000 emails or so.
I initially researched it, but couldn't find the cause. It seems like it's a setting of some kind, but I've experimented with a number of setting combinations, and nothing has worked.
I also initially thought it might be our ISP, but we have another email software that we use, and it's never had a problem sending more mailings out than we send via Goldmine.
Any ideas?
