Goldmine dialer problems with TAPI

Having a problem with the dialer in goldmine 6.5

It dials the number ok but then pops up with a box to pickup, complete, cancel call.

All buttons cut the call off. You can not access other goldmine windows while the dialer is open.

The system is a small office DS with 2.1.27 and the phone is a 2420.

Anyone had this problem ? is it the TAPI driver or the goldmine dialer ?

anybody had experience with goldmine? at all? the screen popping with phone manager is not the greatest either as it only pops if it matches the first phone number in a contact

For any sort of real functionality with TAPI on GoldMine you need to look at TapiLink from

In a later version there is a sip phone client however this is no use to us on the IPO.
