Can anyone tell me if it is possible to set up Outlook as the email centre? I want the ability to click on new email and for it to bring up the Oultook email screen as opposed to the Email Centre screen.

You can select (from the menu bar) contact>>create email>>outlook message to contact. This can be set up as a task bar shortcut or a toolbar item
