Goldmine and email

Does anyone know the whereabouts of a technical document describing how goldmine interacts with outlook, outlook express and exchange.

I need to work out the best policy for sending and receiving e-mail using outlook, outlook express and exchange, and also how and where each app. would be used.

Hi,

GoldMine does not work with Outlook Express.

For sending/retrieving through GoldMine you need to use SMTP & POP3 which can go via Exchange.

Theres also an Outlook 2000+ add-in that will allow you to access your GoldMine contacts for sending and receiving e-mails and auto/selected linking back to the contact record.
