Hi Everyone,

I am looking for recommendations for ways to do screen pops to Goldmine 8.0 with Avaya IP Office 8.0 Preferred edition with digital phones. I know there are a few devconnect partners out there and I believe phone manager was able to do this on older releases, but not anymore. What is your recommendation and would I need any additional licenses (CTI, etc) on the Avaya side?

Thanks!

Try a lower release of phone manager or look at a DevConnect product like Visual Rapport, I am very sure it works with GoldMine, we just closed a sale for a customer with Hawk Software, the customer liked the web demo they presented, we should be deploying it in the next week or so I will post back to report. software is light, easy to install and maintain, and generally just works. also has lots of funky features.

Integration
GoldMine

Integration with GoldMine allows users to search companies and contacts for the caller's details. When found, the caller's contact details can quickly be shown on the screen.

Watch the video to see this being demonstrated.
UC Plus allows users to integrate with the contacts from GoldMine. When configured, dialling from GoldMine is performed by either using GoldMine's inbuilt TAPI dialling or by adding dial buttons using UC Plus

When on a call, if the called or calling party's details are in the GoldMine database then this will be detected and a GoldMine button will be shown. When pressed the associated contact record will appear.

Using the Address book, the GoldMine contact database will also be searched and the results displayed. Users can then select a contact and access the record or dial directly using the mouse.

Finally, the Call history window includes the contact details from GoldMine and can also be used to show the contact or dial them directly.
