GoldMine 6 word link hanging

Hi All

We have a customer with a problem with the GoldMine link to word. When they try to merge any document, it can take up to 3 minutes until the document is finally displayed in word! In that time, both goldmine and word are frozen.

We have checked macro security, we have the latest GMLink installed and GMLink is the only add-in installed in Word.

The workstation is running GoldMine 6.00.21021, Windows XP (not with SP2) and Word 2002. They are running on a Netware network. It is only a couple of workstations that have this problem - they have other windows XP clients that work fine.

Any suggestions would be much appriciated!
