We run goldmine 6.7 but have an increasing number of message where when we download the message, the body of that message disappears. Since we do not use many of the "extra" features and reporting aspects in the program, I am not inclined to pay the est $10k to upgrade and need to find if there is a cure to the problem.

As the Internet get improved and Internet Explorer changes, if you don't change GoldMine, you will see more and more of these thypes of issues with GoldMine 6.70. Make certain that you are at least on 6.70.70226.
