Goldmine 6.7, file is locked

We do automatic rountine maintenance and I often get "waiting for 1 user to finish up" with the following error:

File is locked
BDE Error Cat Code: (40:5)
BDE: 500 (4/11/1999) Goldmine 6.70.5013
User Gsync
Goldmine Maintenance Wizard
Cancel
Template 8060

you could try and edit the sync useer and force that users to log out at a certain time before you do your maintenance.


See if that works. or you may need to stop the service and then start it again.
