Can anyone please advise if "Unsubscibe" returns from bulk mailouts can be managed by an automated process within GoldMine? I.e. we need something along the lines of - User places unsubscribe in the Subject box and the email is sent back to GoldMine directly - auto workflow locates User's contact record and edits the subscription field for that eNewsletter - sets it to Unsubscribe/No. appreciate any feedback.

GoldMine 6.5 Unsubscribe Process Help

Hi,
Well you could run an automated process across your system that updated a field (mergecodes?) with 'NO' or Unscribe etc.
So the Trigger would be based on history items 'E-mail' with a reference of Unsubscribe etc. The action will be to update a field.
