Hello,
I am desperately trying to resolve an issue where some of the client workstations in our 30-user Goldmine 6.5 SQL environment lock-up. The gmw6.exe process takes up 90+% of processor and the only recourse is to end the process through the task mgr. I have tweaked the anti-virus to exclude the Goldmine directory, upgraded to the latest 6.5 build, changed the BDE settings according to what FrontRange says it should be and changed all UNC paths to mapped drives. No luck at all. I can lock up my workstation if I go into my email center and open and print emails in a successive pattern.
The Goldmine server is a Dell 2650 dual zeon 2.8 processors with Hyper-Threading and 3GB of RAM. No other applications are being run from it.
Anyone have any ideas?
Thanks.
