We have a user that is having a problem with the e-mail centre. When browsing through the e-mails, random e-mails cause the users goldmine to freeze and the cpu usage to shoot up to 100% (all going to goldmine). They are always spams and the only way to remove them on the users machine is to select the e-mail above it and do a shift click with the one below it and delete all three, then move the others back. Obviously though that is an excessive hassle. When I open that user account on another pc though I have no problems at all and can delete the spams just like any other e-mail. This leads me to believe the problem lies in the users machine. We run goldmine 6.5 off a windows sbs 2000 network drive with 5 users. The user currently runs a dell optiplex with win xp. Any ideas as to what would cause this to only happen on 1 machine?
