GoldmIne 6.0 corporate licensing error

I am getting the following error message when I try to log into the Goldmine 6.0 Corporate edition:

The maximum number of licensed users are currently logged into GoldMine. Please purchase additional GoldMine licenses to allow more simultaneous users.

I should have at least 2 licenses that are not being used. It iwll not let me log into GoldMine because of this error. Is there any way to check the total number of Licenses in use? Without being able to get into the GoldMine app?

Hi,

This can happen when you get someone logging in twice with the same username.
