Goldmine 5.7 will not execute

We have been using Goldmine 5.7 successfully on a stand alone laptop for 3 years. All of a sudden, it can't find msvfw.dll and displays an error message. I put a copy of the file in both the Goldmine folder and the windows\system32 folder and tried to start the program. Now, nothings seems to start. Any clues? The Operating system is Windows 2000.

Try re-installing the Borland Database Engine. this can be found in the suplemental directory of the GoldMine installation CD.
