GOLD KEY ISSUE WITH SMS 2.0

Hello

We are currently running SMS2.0 throughout the organisation but I am experienceing difficulities using the gold key (control alt delete simulation). I can remote to the workstation but when i click on the keys, nothing happens. Some machines work and some done. There is no other remote software running on the workstations.

Hi,

I have work out with Microsoft for this problme before.

1. Pease make sure if the client agent are correctly installed.

2. If your client agnets are correctly installed, do this,
Reboot your SMS SVR once, and the machines to be monitored. It will work after then.

I've also had this problem. Make sure that your server is patched to the latest Service Pack. SP2 provided support for Windows 2000 machines, and SP3 provides support for XP clients.
