going to Windows Server 2008 from Windows Server 2003

running MM4.0 with SP 7 but as far as I can tell it requires SP10 for Windows Server 2008 R2 as peer directory -

system already installed so its not a new install -

removing the peer directory Windws Server 2003 and going to Windows Server 2008 R2 setup -

whats invloved other then loading the SP10 - changing the peer directory within the VMSC and restarting the MAS service or reboot the MAS ?

not able to find any good docs on the process
