Going to BC12 from BC9

Anybody have any useful tips before we take the plunge?

Is there anything i should be addressing with the account manager before we sign up to this..

Just don't want to get bitten in the ass when we get the upgrade !!!

If you have any specific function on your MD (special transits, not standard external equipment, CMDR, something unusual in CallCenter etc... you must include all this in the contract. To be sure, that you will have at least the same functionality in BC12, that you had in BC9.

So, system audit is really important part before upgrade
