Not sure if this is just the nature of the SP because I've seen it on SP3 and SP4.. It seems to hose up certain GWIA settings, specifically my blacklists and other access control settings. You might want to just make sure you have stuff documented.
Didn't even notice there was a problem until I started getting 400 Spams per day when before I only got about 20-30.
Does anyone else have any comments on SP4. I am looking to install SP4 and was actually going to post something asking what everyones experience is with it. I am on SP2 I would love to try the PDA Connect feature but not if email goes down. We all know how fun things get when email goes down!
Thanks for your comments,

We are currently @ 6.5.1 and have been testing the GW PDA Connect for a little over 2 months. All we did was give the test users the 6.5.3 client. I thought there might be problems w/running a later version of the GW client against an earlier version of the system. But, all has gone well. And after this weekend we will be under SP4.
I know there are some cluster issues w/SP4 if you're running in protected memory. Have heard of MTA abends as well. SP2 & SP3 have been very solid for us fwiw. You can run later client against earlier backend as suggested, and that's not a problem afaik. We run SP4 client on our Blackberry server but are keeping the backend at SP3 until I know the kinks are worked out. PDA sync should only depend on the client.
