I maintain a Merlin Legend 5.0 with a Merlin Legend 6 port mail. The Legend system is on night service all the time, 24/7. However, every time I go into it remotely, to do any translation changes (I call in and have the AA transfer me to any station and then have them transfer me to "*10" the console switches to day mode and starts ringing on incoming calls instead of having the AA answer all calls. This happens EVERY time, not just once in a while and is beginning to upset (understandably) the customer. It does not happen under any other circumstances (that I can find). What can I do to prevent this?
