GO_DATA_WAREHOUSE package not found

How come I don't see the GO_DATA_WAREHOUSE package from Report Packages available in the public folders?

I'm currently using Cognos version 8.3

Thanks !

Perhaps it has not been yet published from framework manager?
The models are included in the sample set, you will still need to make sure the related packages are available in Connection..
