GO TO URL - OPENING NEW WINDOWS - HOW TO SET SIZE

Please help!

I would like to know if you can set the size of a new window when you use the GOTO URL behaviour.

I can only make a full size window appear!

But want to make a smaller window appear with no toolbar at the top!

Is this possible?
