Does anyone have any ideas why Go button does not do anything from workstation 5.5 when returning customer check?
I have run Data Integrity,Rebuild,Reorganise, and Reindex on Ms SQL 2005 Sp_3 on database but still not stable ?

Are you sure there's anything to select? Try F7, that's the same as the go button.

One hundred percent sure,on Application Server/remotely/directly , Go Button works perfectly fine with no problems. If go to the last Bank and start to go backwards and clicking Go Button then information gets populated on the grid/reading pane (workstation) not on the Server! Something is very wrong either happened on indexing or something, workstations can read if going backwards.

Thanx Tuba

You might need to check your collation settings for your database.

Still find no joy, took data into Development Server simulated exactly everything as it is and installed workstation into one of computers.it works fine no problem.

Uninstall and re-install Accpac. Remote any previous versions as well. Check the path environment variable for multiple paths. Delete any *.exd files from the hard drive. Check for keyboard loggers.
