Hi
I am trying to launch a gnome terminal on a linux machine/ the problem is, i want different tabs to be named differently , but as soon as i execute any command, it just vanishes.
To make it clearer,
i am using cygwin on my PC to launch gnome on the remote machine which is a linux one.
As you must be aware, the cygwin has different terminals and tabs and each one has a title which can be renamed to whatever you want. Once i do that and execute , even the ls command, the title name given by me just disappears.
Any ideas...???
Thanks
