GNAV pro real time view issue

Hello,
I am having an issue with GNAV pro real time view. An agent appears on the desktop as ready mode however the agent is on a call from the ACD queue. The refresh rate is set to default (5). This issue is system wide with various agents.
Gnav pro ver. 8.0.244

Any ideas would be helpful.
 
Is your desktop operating system compatible with version 8.0.244? Did this issue happen since day one, or start recently?
I found that issues that crop up for no apparent reason are usually corrected with a GNAV server reboot. If you choose a reboot, follow the proper procedure listed in the manual, chapter 6.
