gmw5 caused an invalid page fault in module iddbas32.dll

After installing MS Project 2000 on a users machine currently running GM 5.5, Win 98 Office XP, the Word link function (ie Write Letter to Contact) causes the following invaild page fault.

gmw5 caused an invalid page fault in module iddbas32.dll

Does anyone have any ideas on this.

I have seen this problem with other programs. The solution is to uninstall the app(MS pro 2k) and remove the borland folder then re-install the app. I am not sure what adverse effect this will have for GM 5.5, however.

It may be required to re-install GM again depending on if it is locally installed as a whole program or just the front end across a network.
