GMLINK To Word not working

Stopped working for some reason. It comes up with 'Run time error '438' ' when trying to open a file. Tried un/reinstalling office AND the GMLINK. Still the same problem. Tried deleting all tmpdde files in Macros and deleted normal.dot. Still the same problem. Any ideas? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

This is a rights issue problem - ensure that the Users' user group in Window has Write rights to your enture c:\Documents and Settings folder tree

It used to be that GM took whatever rights the logged in user had. No longer true - not it uses the User's group
