GMine 5.7 Now Asking me to install??

We have been using 5.7 for some years now, today I clicked the shortcut and instead of the appliaction I am being presented with the new installation wizard, can anyone please tell me what has happened?

your license.dbf became corrupted/lost. restore it from backup (or just re-enter the license data)
