Gmail's 'Advanced attachment features' not working with Adobe Flash Player

(System: Windows 7 & IE 9 with 64-bit Edition)

Gmail's Advanced attachment features require Flash Player.
I can not attach multiple files, when using Gmail.

I followed all steps below: -
* to uninstall completely and installed the recent version of Flash Player.

*Gmail attachment settings are set for 'Advanced attachment features'

However, it is still not working. Does anyone know how can I fix this problem?
