Newbie I’m afraid
After transferring a domain from Google to 123-reg, the email stopped working. I edited the DNS settings on the new host, and about 50% of emails are delivered/received, and the others are bounced. MX toolbox and Domain Diagnosis, both show DNS settings for the domain, but Google’s own diagnostic tool shows no records.
123-reg support says the settings are correct, and should be working.
Google support says no emails should be working, although went onto to send me a number of emails.
Totally at the end of my tether with this....any ideas would be much appreciated.
