GM + View problem

Can anyone help......

Our GM + View is not working. The ASP is fine and the HTML is find but when the tab is selected we get a "this page cannot be displayed" web error. Cannot find server or DNS Error Internet Explorer.

I have checked that the IIS is running on the server and the HTML is pointing to correct file location as well.

Any help will be much appreciated.
