GM data to web page

What is the best method/program to extract data from GM and input it into a web page or pages?

i use access to export all of my info of the moment, if you use crystal, then yo could use that.

I am a little dense, how would I input the data from crystal into a web page data entry screen? I am not that familiar with crystal...

The application is that I have contacts in GM that I want to sign up for third party services via their web page. I do not want to rekey the data that has already been input into GM.
