GM 4 with Windows 2000 Server and SQL 2000

I´m using GM 4 with Windows 2000 Server and SQL 2000 in
Spanish, getting this two error messages, that make imposible to work
with.
General SQL error.
Native SQL error: 241

Context: appendRecord
MSSQL: GM_DSTM: dbo.CONTACT1

1: Server message: Error de sintaxis al convertir una cadena de caracteres
a datetime.

BDE Error Cat:Code: [51:3]
BDE: 500 [9/6/1998] GoldMine: 4.00.9922

User: JYANEZ

From your error messgages it looks like GoldMine is having an issue converting a character into DateTime field. Have you made any changes to the data structure trough the SQL backend?

If not then this may be solved with simple maintenance. Okay, with SQL you shouldn't have to do maintenance but this is GoldMine 4 :)

So, back up your database and perform a pack and rebuild on your database and make sure you let the process finish.

 
I´d try this but is giving me the same message
