Globe along side name to select

Hello,
When composing a new email and you select a name
from the list, one name appears 2 times. One has
a globe along side of it and the other does not.
When I look in the Active Directory the name is
only there one time. Any ideas how this globe gets
there and if so how do I get rid of that name with
the globe.

Any info would be greatly appreciated

Globes are contacts...

Yes I know globs are contacts. How can ones name
show up 2 times in the name selection. out of the
blue. This person has been set up for a couple of
months and just the other day her name started to
appear 2 times with the globe. I found the one with
the globe in the Microsoft Exchange Administrator,
under recipients. Its just weird, I know I didn't
create that..... Is it the ghost of exchange???
