Hi

We have a problem in that users change the appearance of their email - this doesn’t look professional when they send mail to clients (e.g. pink old English text etc)

Is there any way I can force users into using a default stationary and stop them from changing it - without forcing emails to convert to plain text?

i have exchange 2k on a win 2k server with each user using office 2003?

any help would be appreciated

Is this on an Exchange server? If so, I would think there would be some sort of administrative server-side options that would enable/disable what the end users can/cannot do.
