Global Speed Dial

I need an esplanation of the "Global Speed Dial" in the SERVICES area to subscribe and unsubscribe. Is this for individual users or can I create a list containing main numbers to commonly called offices and put them in this list and everyone has access to them as long as they are subscribed tot his particular service? Where do I create the list?

I am not sure what a global speed dial is. There is a corporate directory that you can put common numbers (I also put every employee in there). I also put numbers like our travel agent and a few vendors.

Yea, I am using Corporate Directory aslo for all users and freq. dialed numbers. That is under the DIRECTORIES button. I have been asked what is the SYSTEM SPEED DIAL under SERVICES do and how to work it.

If any one is using this please let me know....
